Contract and Consent
As we go ahead with our photography sessions, it is important for you to know that there are some T&C from our end and we would like you to go through the same.

If you agree to all the terms and conditions, we can agree to the contract and go ahead with the photoshoot as per your requirements.
​
Also, you will be asked to fill up a consent/release form so that we could take your permission to use your pictures in our social media platform for our portfolio and the website. It will be a great pleasure if you would allow us to use them.

Terms and conditions:

The client should agree to all the terms and conditions and then only the photography session will proceed.

The payment of the order should be made on time. The 50% should be paid before the photoshoot to book for the photo session and 50% has to be paid within 2 days after the photoshoot.

In case if there is any cancellation of the photoshoot after the pre-booking, only 30% of the paid amount will be paid from the advance booking amount.

In case of rescheduling the shoot, the client should inform 3 days prior to it as the shoot is always a planned one and sudden cancellation can cause problem.

If there is any location shoot, the client should handle the location charges and complete travelling charges should also be paid by the client.

There is no service provided out of Bangalore for now but in case if the client wants an out of Bangalore photoshoot, all the charges which includes travelling and stay should be taken care by the client.

The client should agree to pay for any of the special services if they opt for it.

There is no videography service provided, however, if needed there will be extra cost for the same as per the videographer’s terms and conditions.

The client should agree to pay extra if they want to add an additional day for the photoshoot then decided.

We will confirm with the client if they are happy with the costume they are wearing and the makeup. However, if later the client asks for another photoshoot because of their unlikeness in styling and makeup, there will be extra charges and it will be considered as a completely new photoshoot.

The soft copies of the photos will be delivered to the client in maximum of 2 weeks. Client will not receive any photos unless the complete payment is done.
